MFGN Online Application for Private Lessons
Thank you for applying to our Haegg/Sansom Scholarship Program. This information helps us better understand your academic background, musical interests, and goals.

On the day of auditions, you will also need to bring two important documents: a copy of your grades from the 2024-2025 school year and the first two pages of your parent’s or guardian’s 2024 federal income tax return. Your application will be incomplete until this information is provided.
A representative of MFGN will review the tax information during your audition day appointment. Please note that no copies will be made or kept, and your personal information will remain confidential. Aggregate information (i.e., the average household income of all students) of all of our Haegg / Sansom students will be used to report back to donors and for fundraising efforts; however, no individual information will be shared. Students who do not provide the necessary materials will be responsible to furnish this information to MFGN before a scholarship will be awarded.
Our donors make their contributions with the expectation that we provide financial support to students who demonstrate need, and for this reason, all required documents must be submitted. Your application cannot be fully evaluated until we have received everything listed above.

If you have any questions regarding the information required, or its intended use, please contact either Cathy Pflieger or Joe Duffy:

Thank you for your careful attention to these instructions.

Income Eligibility
The table below is from the Florida Department of Heath Child Care Program (i.e., free and reduced lunch program for the State of Florida.) We will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis if your family's income falls outside of the ranges below. Please contact us for a confidential discussion about your situation. MFGN requires verification of income through a review of the Parent/Guardian most recent tax return.
